Ubuntu安装shapely时提示错误：

OSError:Couldnotfindlibrarygeos_corloadanyofitsvariants['libgeos_c.so.1','libgeos_c.so']

Command"pythonsetup.pyegg_info"failedwitherrorcode1in/tmp/pip-build-y7DK6N/Shapely/

原因：

是缺少geos库问题导致的，可以直接使用geos的二进制包安装来解决

解决办法如下：

sudoapt-getinstalllibgeos-dev

安装结果如下：

(venv)pala@ubuntu:/home/trunk$sudopipinstallshapely
